[^1] Less loss than the [high-pass and low-pass phase shifter](high-pass%20and%20low-pass%20phase%20shifter.md) because it doesn't require back to back switches. [^microwaves101] Useful for up to 90 degrees, then can be casacaded to get 180 degrees - this would be larger than an equivalent [high-pass and low-pass phase shifter](high-pass%20and%20low-pass%20phase%20shifter.md) or [autotransformer](autotransformer.md) implementation. Can work at mmWave.
