1. Not a technical problem!

1. Get followers deeply involved
2. Different to delegation - this is a form of trust
3. Allow followers to exercise leadership
4. Protect voices from below
1. Remove fear and barriers for marginalised voices to be heard
5. Regulate distress
1. Keep within a productive range
6. Run experiments and learn fast
